About the event
Join us as we recognize Heart Health Month. Our theme this month is Yoga and Women's Health. We will be joined by Hope Peterson, owner of Pause Wellness. Hope's presentation will include "How to empower women to take control of their health."
We will also have tickets available to the Casino Night fundraiser for the Beaufort Boys and Girls Club being held on March 28th at the Beaufort Hotel for anyone who would like to purchase them.
